Following the successful transformation of BoBar at the Grosvenor Hotel, we were invited to design and deliver a solution to replace the formal dining restaurant at the flagship Hilton Glasgow. The new restaurant, Cameron's Brasserie, has a comfortable and modern feel that has been welcomed by its clientele.
